Perfectly tucked into the hillside is this 3,500 sq.ft. contemporary home. Living spaces have been separated over two levels to accommodate the brief while still allowing cross ventilation through each room. Views towards the sea and neighbouring valley have been maximized via large openings and by optimizing the orientation of the building volumes. A central courtyard provides a shaded outdoor space to escape the afternoon sun, while timber screens provide additional shade to the west facing living spaces.
